At Rhea, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made pieces, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.


Important Care Instructions:

Rhea’s jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and care to ensure longevity. As a semi-jewelry piece, proper care is essential. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper use, including but not limited to:


Exposure to perfumes, lotions, oils, or other chemicals.

Contact with water (e.g., while swimming or showering).

Improper storage leading to scratches, tarnishing, or breakage.

To maintain the beauty and durability of your jewelry, follow the care instructions included with your purchase.


2. Process for Returns

Request a Return: 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at  returns@rheajewelryco.com with the following details:


Your Full Name

Order Number

Purchase Date

Delivery Date

Name of the Item(s) You’re Returning or Exchanging

Reason for Return or Exchange

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with all the steps you need to follow.


Approval: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item, minus shipping fees (if applicable).

3. Process for Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Follow the steps for returns, and indicate the item you'd like in exchange.

If the new item is of a higher value, you’ll be required to pay the difference.

Shipping for your first exchange is free.

4. Orders in Transit

Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. However, if an order is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we’ll help you resolve the issue.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at returns@rheajewelryco.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Shipping Costs

Returns: A small fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Exchanges: Shipping for your first exchange is free.

7. When Will I Receive My Return Label?

Once we confirm your request, you’ll receive your prepaid return label and detailed instructions within 2 business days.


8. Exceptions and Additional Notes

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Rhea is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using tracked shipping.
